In the living room, there is a sectional couch that can be slept on and Queen air mattress available. This condo is located in the most ideal location at Kuilima Estates, the “Gold Coast”, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and walk to fine dining at the adjacent Ritz Carlton Oahu at Turtle Bay Resort. As of Nov 2023, we have installed two brand new split ac units, plus the window ac units in each bedroom.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan class=\"_g5uevq\"\u003eGuest access\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003eEnjoy three swimming pools, tennis courts, and pickle ball all close by within the Kuilima West Estates.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAs a guest at Kuilima Estates West, you’ll have full access to three swimming pools, tennis courts, and pickleball courts, all within a short walk from the condo. While the condo is located within the Turtle Bay Resort complex, please note that our guests do not have access to the hotel pools.
