ShopSTR Refund Policy

At ShopSTR, we provide a platform that connects guests with hosts for vacation rentals, accommodations, and experiences. However, all bookings are subject to the individual cancellation and refund policies set by each host. ShopSTR does not determine or enforce specific refund policies for hosts.

Guest Responsibility

Before booking, guests are responsible for reviewing the cancellation and refund policy outlined by the host. These policies may vary, including:

  • Flexible: Full or partial refund if canceled within a certain timeframe.
  • Moderate: Partial refunds or credit toward future bookings.
  • Strict: No refunds after booking.

It is the guest’s responsibility to read and understand these terms before completing a booking.

Refund Requests

If a guest wishes to request a refund, they must contact the host directly and follow the terms stated in the host’s policy. ShopSTR does not process refunds on behalf of hosts.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, guests and hosts are encouraged to resolve the matter directly. If necessary, guests may seek resolution through their payment provider or applicable legal channels.

By using ShopSTR, guests agree to conduct due diligence before booking and acknowledge that refunds are subject to the host's individual policy.
